- Securing all necessary local documentation and attestations (including from the police, Embassy, Municipality, legal translators, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and if required, the Ministry of Justice)
- Oversight of embalming procedures and all transportation arrangements
- En-coffining with a choice of locally crafted repatriation coffins or European-style coffins
- Air cargo services, including destination clearance and final transportation to the selected location
The entire repatriation process typically takes three to four working days. Throughout, we ensure the client is fully informed via daily email updates and a dedicated WhatsApp group for urgent communication and support.
All documentation is securely stored in both hard and digital formats for any future requirements.
